- Fulfillment and shipping information: Recipient names, shipping addresses, contact phone numbers, carrier names, tracking numbers and parcel tracking status.
- Product data: Product titles, variant attributes, inventory quantities and product barcodes.
2. How We Use Your Data
We collect this information solely to perform the core functions of the ERP system:
- Automatically retrieve and consolidate store orders to create fulfillment batches.
- Help you match products, deduct warehouse inventory and carry out packing operations.
- Connect with logistics and warehouse fulfillment channels to obtain tracking numbers in bulk and send shipping status updates back to your Shopify store.
- Provide business dashboards and fulfillment performance analysis.
We will never sell or rent your store data or customer information to third-party commercial organizations for marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage and Security
- We use industry-standard security measures, including SSL/TLS encryption in transit and secure database storage, to help prevent unauthorized access, disclosure or alteration of data.
- We retain data only for as long as necessary for your use of the Service. After you uninstall the app or terminate the Service, we will securely delete or anonymize relevant data within a reasonable period in accordance with Shopify platform requirements.
